"How to make a side hustle into a £1m portfolio"

Chris Moss is a marketing specialist with a range of companies including www.oversubscribed.co.uk and he joined Property Entrepreneur in 2019 to help grow his marketing business as well as invest in property.
Like most busy business owners, Chris had little time available but he had a strong desire to build a passive portfolio to provide another income stream.
Chris put together a BRRR (Buy, Refurb, Rent, Refinance) strategy and reached out to five experienced Property Entrepreneurs’ in the community to give him feedback to refine the strategy.
He built his Power Team to help him, and starting with £300,000 retained profits, bought 10 properties with cash in the North East, all whilst spending less than 90 minutes a week of his time on it.
Chris also shares his Top 3 Tips with one of these being to raise your profile. This helped him to secure £200,000 of private finance and one of his clients to offer £1m so it does work.
